Here is how you can submit your complaint:
  • Send your complaint to wecare@axa-egypt.com
  • Visit any of our financial advisors who are present at all CIB branches.
  • Contact our call center on 16363.
  • Fill in the below online form which will be submitted directly to our complaints team.
Complaints Turnaround time:
  • 6 working days for Life & Savings product complaints
  • 2 to 5 working days for Health product complaints.
  • 2 to 5 working days for Motor product complaints.

Submit your complaint online

It is your right as a customer to submit a complaint to the Egyptian financial Supervisory Authority in case our final resolution for a complaint is not satisfactory. You can submit your complaint to the authority to the address below:
