Here is how you can submit your complaint:

•    Send your complaint to wecare@axa-egypt.com 
•    Visit any of our financial advisors who are present at all CIB & AUB branches. 
•    Contact our call center on 16363.
•    Fill in the below online form which will be submitted directly to our complaints team. 

Complaints Turnaround time:

•    3 working days for Life & Savings product complaints
•    2 working days for Health product complaints.
•    2 working days for Motor product complaints.
